Hi!

I'm Connie Bonneville.

I'm a Canadian who has been calling Scottsdale home now for over 10 years.

Originally from British Columbia, Canada, I moved to sunny Scottsdale, Arizona with my family over 10 years ago from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  

Prior to relocating, I enjoyed a wonderful career in real estate in Calgary.

Now that I'm here, I'm proud to be a real estate agent and Realtor with Coldwell Banker North Scottsdale.

It's been a crazy journey, but all along the way I've remained proud to be Canadian.

As an agent who has experience on both sides of our border I have unique insight in helping my fellow Canadians a with their real estate needs, wants and goals. As FIRPTA will likely apply to the sale of your property, I recommend working with an agent who has resources that include:

Another area of expertise that I'm proud to offer is my Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation.

I was the owner of a company that provided advocacy for seniors where and have extensive training and resources in working with seniors.  I was trained as a Dementia Live presenter and was hired by home care companies to present the program to their clinicians so that they might better understand the disease and how to have more empathy for their clients and family members.  It was a touching and transformative experience that I felt was a privilege to share.
