For the past 25 years, I have been involved in all aspects of the building industry as a consumer and builder in the following, Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, Subdivision Development, Raw Land Development, and Remodeling for Residential and Commercial projects. This vast exposure to the building industry brings forth a unique knowledge of quality awareness, as well as the ability to see the potential value or obstacles associated with each home I am involved with. I also have a large network of people and tools available through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and the building industry to make your home buying or selling experience as easy as I possibly can for you.
