If I could do anything for the rest of my life, it would be eating baked goods on the beach. Until then, I'll do Real Estate. My love for helping people began as a sundae maker at Culvers and has morphed several times over the past 20+ years. But, one thing that has remained constant is my desire to always put a smile on someone's face. Sure, Real Estate is a little more complicated than asking "would you like a cherry on top?", but the principles remain the same; I want my buyers and sellers to feel heard, appreciated, and taken care of. 

New construction has been my forte along with existing single-family homes for the last 10+ years in Real Estate. I have owned/built three new construction homes, plus I have helped numerous clients purchase spec/tract homes. So, I know the questions to ask at the pivotal times during the construction process, I stay on top of contractors to make sure timelines are met, and I help coach you on which areas to invest in to make your home valuable for years to come. 

Assisting buyers and sellers with existing single-family homes make up the other majority of my transactions. I know what to look for in existing homes to help you make the best decisions on your biggest investment, how to coach sellers on where to invest in remodeling to get top dollar, and I am there every step of the way to make sure your questions get answered and the transaction is running smoothly. From recommending trustworthy vendors to surprising you will sweet treats along the way, I've got you covered!
