I’m Robert “Bobby” Pacheco, and I’m honored to serve those who serve others. As a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty—founded in 1906 and recognized as one of the oldest and most trusted real estate companies in the United States—I’m proud to carry forward a legacy built on over a century of trust, service, and results.

Before entering real estate, I devoted 16 years to Arizona law enforcement as a Police Detective, Field Training Officer, and AZPOST General Instructor. Those years taught me the importance of communication, integrity, and follow-through—qualities that define the way I serve my clients today.

As a current U.S. Postal Service employee, I understand the demanding schedules and sacrifices of postal workers, law enforcement officers, first responders, and military families. I know what it means to serve under pressure and to protect what matters most. My goal is to make every real estate experience as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

Having grown up right here in **Arizona—near the Biltmore and Arcadia districts—and having worked in Scottsdale for more than a decade—**I’ve developed a deep connection to the Phoenix area and a genuine appreciation for our state’s diversity, culture, and strong sense of community. My local experience allows me to guide clients with confidence—whether they’re buying their first home, relocating for duty, or preparing for retirement.
