Your Sedona Connection

Thanks for checking out my profile!  My name is Jeff Teele and I have been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Sedona since 2005.  I enjoy selling homes and land in the Sedona/Verde Valley area.  I can't think of a more beautiful place to live & work.  Since joining Coldwell Banker First Affiliate, I've seen the "highs" of the market in "05-06" to the lows in 2012, and obliviously everything in between. Regardless of the market, Sedona is always a wonderful place to call home.

A little about me...Originally from New Hampshire, I moved to Prescott in 1980 and built homes for several years.  Lived in Europe 1985-1991 (Scotland, England, France & Switzerland), 1993-96 Century 21 & DeWolfe NE home sales in NH, 1997-2000 timeshare sales in Sedona, Series 7 Securities licensee day trader 2000-2002, Sedona Ecofest 2000-2003. Nashville  03/05 promoting my Country music CD, "New England Cowboy" in Nashville, TN.  2005 to present, with Coldwell Banker in Sedona.  I am a member and past president of the Sedona Referrals Club 2006-present.  I have been the Troubleshooter/Inspector for Yavapai County Election since 2006.  Kudos "Peoples Choice" awards 2010 & 2012 "Best Real Estate Agent".  I am currently a 2 year director on The Sedona/Verde Valley Association of Realtors. and serve on several committees.  I always like staying active and informed.  That's why I enjoy real estate.  The market (and people) are always moving.  If I can be of any assistance to you, either buying or selling, always feel free to call me.  I will provideyou an market update you'll appreciate, expertise and knowledge you can rely on, and always take care of your real estate needs like your part of my family.
