More about Richard Wiktor
I was born in Chicago but raised on a farm 50 miles outside the city. Spent 3 years in the Army after high school graduation and then attended the University of Illinois. Majored in journalism with a minor in business administration. Retired from IBM after a 30 year career in a variety of management positions including administration, marketing, planning, scheduling, manufacturing and distribution. I started a business process consulting business in Florida and worked there for 9 years with contracts from IBM and Lenovo. Because of the economic down turn in 2008, my contracts were canceled and I decided to retire again and move to Arizona to be close to my family. After 6 months of retirement, I knew I wanted to become active in the business community and felt that with the current economic conditions, real estate was the place to be.
I treat all my clients with honesty and straight talk. No transaction is too small and no question or concern is insignificant. With my faith in the Lord, a wide variety of business experience and the outstanding support of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Services, I can help you through every step of the process whether you are selling, buying, leasing or need help with a mortgage. My goal is to help make your real estate transactions as simple as possible and bring them to a satisfactory completion.
I look forward to working with you to achieve this goal.
Education and Training
