For more than 47 years, I have helped Arizona buyers and sellers successfully navigate every type of real estate market. What makes my background unique is that I understand every phase of a real estate transaction—from financing and contracts to title, escrow, negotiations, and closing.

 

Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, I spent 15 years as a Branch Manager for a title company in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I developed extensive expertise in title, escrow, contract coordination, and closing procedures. I also worked 10 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer, helping buyers understand financing options and guiding them through the lending process.

 

This rare combination of experience allows me to identify potential issues before they become problems, negotiate effectively, and help my clients move confidently from contract to closing.

 

Today, as a proud REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, I serve buyers and sellers throughout Sun City, Sun City West, Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and surrounding communities.
