Carrie Strom was raised on a cotton and Angus cattle ranch just north of Tucson, where hard work, integrity, and community were part of daily life. Growing up on the ranch shaped her resilience and gave her a deep appreciation for land, property, and the people connected to it—making real estate feel like a natural extension of who she was. After graduating from the University of Montana, she headed east and built a strong corporate foundation with companies such as Xerox and Remington Rand, gaining experience in sales, communication, and high‑level client service.

In 1989, Carrie returned home to Tucson and began what would become a long, successful career in real estate. Her ranch upbringing, corporate discipline, and people‑first approach blended into a style of service that clients trusted immediately. Over the years, she expanded her professional reach into coaching, wellness instruction, and entrepreneurial ventures, but her roots in real estate—and her commitment to helping people—have remained constant.

Besides loving her career in real estate, Carrie’s passion for dogs runs deep. She has owned two dog‑grooming salons and finds joy in pampering and playing with animals of all kinds. Her personal interests reflect the same creativity and vitality she brings to her work—she enjoys swimming, pastel painting, and walking the trails of Tucson’s Sabino Canyon, where she feels most connected to nature and home.
