My career spans over 25 years in upper management , overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing for homebuilders and sales associates, conducting sales training, managing accountability, understanding buyer and seller needs and motivations, analyzing market trends and current values in both resales and new homes. One of my direct responsibilities has been working with homebuyers and sellers to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire process and thereafter. I firmly believe this is a valuable asset in my career as Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker.
I am a graduate of Western Illinois University, with a bachelors degree in Business Management and minor in Marketing. Although my roots are in the midwest I "adopted" Arizona as my home many years ago.
My goal is to make your real estate experience an excellent adventure in your next phase of purchasing or selling.

I specialize in the sales and listing of masterplanned communities to include active adult resort communities, resort properties, second home and investment properties, new home communities, and ranch and horse properties throughout Tucson. With experience in the Tucson and Phoenix markets since 1982, I have analyzed and developed expertise in all areas of Pima, Pinal, and Maricopa Counties and look forward to helping you with your individual real estate situation and fulfilling your wants and dreams.
I live on a ranch in beautiful Tucson with my wife Julie (who works in new homes sales at SaddleBrooke Ranch, an active Robson adult community in northwest Tucson), our quarter horses and paint horses, and our big dog (german shepard/lab). Our two daughters live nearby in Scottsdale.
I am an avid horseman, but also love the thrill and excitment of the underwater world of scuba diving, and always take every opportunity to enjoy a fun round of golf. I like to travel and discover new places, meet new people and share life experiences. When I have spare time, I train our horses new tricks, participate in the occasional rodeo, or lounge poolside with a good book.

MIRM, Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, which is a National Association of Home Builders designation for the highest level of expertise in national real estate sales and marketing programs (Very few agents have attained this designation in the United States).
CSP, Certified New Home Sales Specialist, a National Association of Home Builders designation for training and education in the psychology of the buying and selling process of real estate.
SFR, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certificate, issued by the National Association of Realtors, which is a complete study in speciality real estate for the constantly changing real estate market.
GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, a designation by the State Realtors Association for advanced training and skills designed for the listing and sale of residential properties.
