Greetings! My name is Megan Paielli.  

With over half a decade of experience in the industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise too every transaction. As a second generation Realtor and licensed real estate broker, I have a deep understanding of the local market and the skills needed to get the job done. I started my career in a property management firm, and my experience has equipped me with a unique skill set. I can utilize this expertise to assist you in looking at real estate from a more global and long-term investment perspective. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2018 with a degree in education, I went on to explore many opportunities throughout the community including co-founding The Garden Project, a school garden designed to accommodate individuals of all ability levels. The Garden Project has been a success, providing a community space to learn about gardening and sustainability. Being a part of this project has taught me the importance of faith, confidence, and commitment, which are values that guide me in all aspects of my life.

Over time, I have developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant community of southern Arizona. Through my work, I hope to inspire others to appreciate everything Tucson has to offer, from its long and unique history and culture, to it’s delicious food and diverse entertainment options, it’s thriving business opportunities, excellent schools, world class golf courses, and of course, it’s breathtaking Sonoran Desert landscape.
