Sonia Hayes-Pleasant

I, Sonia Pleasant, have always had a passion for real estate. I grew up in a family who believed acquiring multifamily properties was the way to financial freedom. At the age of 27, I purchased my first home, and it was a no-brainer that it would be a duplex. “Let one side pay for the other,” wise words from my grandmother, Dorothy.  

Through the years, my real estate portfolio blossomed as did my knowledge of the industry. I have held jobs in various capacities from property management to working for a major project (construction) management team to buying and selling both residential and commercial properties.

Before transitioning into real estate, I worked for the Federal Government as a federal agent and also held a position of high exposure as a spokesperson for the Consumer Product Safety Commission (Federal Government). These roles refined my problem-solving skills, integrity, and ability to communicate complex information effectively. I am highly skilled in crafting and executing winning marketing strategies. I earned a BA in Mass Communications and an MFA in Creative Writing (Author of the teen series, The ATL Girlz).

As a licensed real estate professional in both Arizona and California, I am recognized as a top producer and have earned industry accolades for outstanding performance.

Outside of real estate, I am an avid tennis player who competes on teams and enjoys wine tastings. Friends and family describe me as humorous, easygoing, and loyal—qualities that make working with me an enjoyable experience. My dedication to my clients is unmatched—I go beyond the standard expectations simply because it is gratifying to me to help people achieve their goals.
