Site 349 is a great location, just two sites away from the largest club house. The largest pool in the resort along with a jacuzzi is to the back side of the club house. This club house has a ping pong table and pool table inside along with other amenities. There are tennis courts and pickle ball courts near by. The best feature of this location is the amazing view of a golf course lake and the beautiful golf green just on the other side of the lake.While sitting on the patio at this site you can look down the long Fairway out to the beautiful green Palomar mountains. The front of the property has a well landscaped side yard. Parking for a golf cart is nestled in this area amongst the lush green tropical plants. Just beyond is a large kitchen. Here you will find considerable counter space and a kitchen island with seating on one side and considerable storage cabinets underneath. There are two refrigerators, a separate freezer and additional storage cabinets under the counter. The double sided stainless steel sink with hot and cold water has a garbage disposal. In addition to a smaller brick patio on the front side of the property, there is a large patio area just outside the kitchen. A low seating wall runs across the entire back side of this patio area.There is a step down section in this area covered by a gazebo.
