Carol Walsh is a lifelong Santa Cruz local and a REALTOR® serving Santa Cruz, Aptos, Monterey, and San Benito Counties. She specializes in downsizing, historic and older homes, and complex, court-ordered real estate transactions — the product of 20 years as Case Administrator for a Court-Appointed Trustee and Receiver, where she mastered negotiation, meticulous record-keeping, and calm project management.
