As a member of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate team, John has worked with clients who have various real estate goals. Whether a client is selling, buying, or investing, John has the ability to make it happen by individualizing his expertise to meet you residential, commercial, and agricultural needs. John understands his clients’ busy schedules and knows the importance of availability for his clients to contact and meet with him at a time of day that works best for them, including evenings.

Community Involvement
John was born and raised in Watsonville and he has continues to develop his personal and professional presence serving on various committees including past director Watsonville Hospital, past commissioner of the Santa Cruz County Housing Authority, current director/supporter for Friends of Scouting for the Silicon Valley Scouting program in the local community and across the county. His previous ownership of an Agricultural Company in Pajaro Valley for 30 years, current membership and Elder of the Westview Presbyterian Church of Watsonville, achieving numerous recognitions as a Realtor, as well as obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, serves as a mechanism to understand and meet his client’s best interests.

Personal Background
John married local girl, Karen Palmtag, in 1983, and they have a daughter who completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at John Hopkins in Baltimore and now working for Kaiser in Portland Oregon and a son who graduated from Gonzaga University and currently working as a Mechanical Engineer in Portland Oregon as project manager for a large construction firm.
