Natalie Lingo

Natalie Lingo joined Coldwell Banker Realty’s award-winning Los Gatos office in 2025 and has been a neighborhood expert for more than 20 years, having lived, worked and raised her family here in the picturesque Silicon Valley town known as “the cats.” 

A graduate of Los Gatos High School and CSU, Chico, Natalie began her career working in marketing and communications for legendary technology companies including Apple, Twitter and IBM. Transitioning to a career in real estate came naturally after her kids were grown, as she’s been a part of the local community for so long and truly understands the needs of families looking to make their home here in the South Bay.

Natalie brings a unique perspective to her clients having bought, sold, remodeled and built her own homes here in the South Bay as well as luxury properties and vacation homes in Carmel, Pebble Beach and the Monterey Penninsula. For clients looking to remodel or build their own dream home, Natalie has extensive contacts with local architects, designers, contractors and suppliers in all the trades, as well as expertise in getting plans approved by town planning and historic committees.

Natalie resides with her family in the historic Almond Grove district of Los Gatos. When she’s not working, she enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling with friends and family to Italy and France, and can often be seen visiting the local Los Gatos merchants with her French bulldog, Lilly.
