Vivian Hung

Vivian started her career as a full-tome Realtor in 2007, navigating one of the most challenging times in the market. This proved to be a demanding but deeply rewarding time to step into the industry, providing an opportunity to see many different aspects of real estate. Through all of it, Vivian was able to achieve a high level of success by listening to her clients, understanding their individual needs and desires, all while exceeding their expectations.

Demonstrating patience, kindness, and a robust work ethic, this individual takes pride in effective and proactive communication and negotiation skills. Helping her clients through the real estate process is something that never ceases to bring her joy.

As a longtime resident of the Bay Area, having pursued a degree in Architecture at Cal Berkeley, Vivian’s passion and appreciation for helping her clients buy or sell beautifully crafted homes in the area are deeply rooted.

Prior to diving into real estate, she worked as an Interior Designer in Hong Kong and managed her own business locally in the Bay Area. Both of these opportunities helped develop strong leadership and dedication that is needed in real estate.

Putting clients’ needs at the forefront, Vivian tirelessly works to ensure the realization of their goals. She balances all of her hard work by spending her free time hiking, frequenting local farmers marketing, and spending time with her family and dogs at home.
