Managing Director Scott Roberts specializes in the sale and lease of retail and office properties. He also handles industrial sites, apartment sites, restaurant sales and lease renewals. He has closed transactions throughout Los Angeles, on streets such as Ventura Boulevard, Laurel Canyon, Sunset Boulevard, Melrose Avenue, Hollywood Boulevard, Santa Monica Boulevard and Wilshire Boulevard.

Mr. Roberts has extensive market knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate arena. He negotiates sale contracts and lease contracts in a thorough and diligent manner, with an acute sensitivity as to the nuances of the transactions. Simply put, his clients know that their best interests are being served. Scott has developed strong and lasting relationships with a long list of landlords, tenants, sellers and investors by providing superior responsiveness and attention to detail in his representation of them.

Over the past 2 decades during which he has been at The Piken Company, Scott Roberts has been a top producing agent. Even during challenging economic times, he continues to close many sale and lease transactions with substantial clients. Some of his more notable transactions include Trousdale Lounge in West Hollywood, a 22,000 square foot lease to Discovery Channel on La Cienega Boulevard, a lease to Rockstar Energy Drink at 8000 Sunset Boulevard at Crescent Heights, a 12.5 million dollar sale of a large parcel on Victory Boulevard in Valley Glen and a sale of a retail property at 12192 Ventura Boulevard in Studio City.
