TIFFANY COHEN is part of the “Erica and Tiffany” real estate team who ranked in the top 10 agents within the company this year. A lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Tiffany honed her sales and marketing expertise at some of the most widely recognized brands in the market including ABC/Touchstone Television, Entertainment Weekly and Los Angeles magazine. For over ten years she has provided sales and marketing expertise to companies such as General Motors, Westfield Shopping Centers, MGM Properties & Resorts, Anheuser-Busch and LVMH brands where she used print, social media, digital marketing and in-person events and activations to develop and enhance her clients’ campaigns. She advised Fortune 500 companies and was also named the 2007 “Salesperson of the Year” by Emmis Communications and has extensive experience in contracts and negotiations. She has pursued her career in Real Estate with the same drive and intensity that has quickly led her to succeed in being one of the top Estate Agents. As a result of her success in the advertising and sales business, she has an innate understanding of a seller’s urgency and the importance of marketing a home while working closely with and meeting the needs of buyers. She has a passion for home and landscape design and resides in Woodland Hills with her husband and two daughters. Tiffany serves as a Board Member on the Round Meadow Parents Association in the LVUSD.
