RARE GOLF COURSE LOT WITH LAKE ACCESS JUST STEPS AWAY! Don't miss this incredible opportunity to own one of the few remaining vacant lots in the highly desirable gated recreational community of Canyon Lake! Ideally situated on Continental Drive, this approximately 7,840 square foot parcel offers a unique combination of golf course frontage and convenient lake access, with Indian Beach located directly across the street! Imagine designing your custom dream home with beautiful fairway views behind you and the beach, lake, and waterfront recreation just steps from your front door. The lot is relatively level with the street, an attractive feature among Canyon Lake's remaining vacant parcels. The seller has invested in preliminary development work, including a partial engineering and soils report, a grading plan approximately 50% complete, and architectural plans approximately 75% complete, offering a potential head start for the next owner. A storm drain easement affects the property and must be considered in future home design and construction. Enjoy all that Canyon Lake has to offer, including boating, waterskiing, fishing, golf, beaches, parks, and year round community events. With vacant land becoming increasingly scarce, this is an opportunity to create your own custom retreat in one of Southern California's most unique private lake communities!
