Hi, I’m Lynn Rinner, REALTOR® and founder of Love Your Home San Diego. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers in North County San Diego since 2008, and I am so lucky to have the best job in the world!

From the start, I was drawn to the challenge of real estate and the opportunity to guide people through one of life’s biggest moments. I began my career during one of the toughest housing markets in history, where I quickly learned how to navigate short sales and foreclosures while sharpening the strong negotiation skills I still use today.

Over the years, I’ve closed more than 200 transactions totaling over $140 million in sales. I specialize in military and VA buyers (including assumable VA loans), first-time buyers, relocation clients, 55+ downsizers, move-up buyers, and short sales. I serve Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Encinitas, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Solana Beach, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, and surrounding areas.

My approach to real estate comes from a lifetime of client-focused experience. I spent 16 years with Marriott, where I learned world-class customer service, and later worked in marketing and project management before following my passion for real estate full-time. My own move to Oceanside in 2003 made me fall in love with this beautiful community, which is why I’m so passionate about helping others find their perfect home here too.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m spending time with my family, especially my little grandson who is the light of my life. I also invest in ongoing training to stay on top of market trends and best practices so I can deliver the best possible results. For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling houses, it’s about helping people through one of life’s biggest moments and making the process as smooth and even fun as possible.
