Stanley McNiel

Stan McNiel is a member of the California Association of Realtors(CAR), the National Association of Realtors(NAR) and has been awarded the prestigious Certified Rera Estate Brokerage Manager(CRB) designation by NAR. In addition, Stan has extensive training to be a Senior Real Estate Specialist(SRES). With his diversified team, Stan is qualified to assist seniors with all their special real estate related needs.

The real estate business has been his career since 1980. He has been a regional manager for two Fortune 500 companies: Meridith Corp with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service and Prudential Financial serving with Prudential Real Estate and Reloction Service. In these positions, Stan was a national business consultant to broker/owners of all sized. In addition, Stan has managed real estate offices of up to 50 agents.

Throughout his career Stan has enjoyed serving his friends and business acquaintances with their personal and corporate real estate needs.
