Jim Winterbotham has been a full-time Carmel real estate broker since 1976.

As owner and managing broker of Carmel Realty Company from 1987 to 2002, Jim has acquired an insightful understanding of Carmel's unique market..

Jim continues to offer professional brokerage services with Coldwell Banker Del Monte, specializing in Carmel and Peninsula property.

Born in San Rafael and raised on Balboa Island in coastal Newport Beach, Jim is a 3rd generation Californian.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics with emphasis in Constitutional Law from San Francisco State University.

An avid sailor and active member of the Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club, Jim enjoys racing and sailing on Monterey and Carmel Bay. He sailed his Santa Cruz 40 to Mexico's Riviera and back with daughter Kira and friends in 1998-99, and again in 2009-2010 with his wife Candy.

Jim's many years of brokerage experience is invaluable in marketing Carmel & Peninsula property.
