Ric is a full time 5th generation Monterey County native and has been in management, marketing and sales for over 40 years and a full service, full time Realtor for over 37 years counseling hundreds of buyers and sellers. The National Association of Realtors has certified Ric as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and awarded him the coveted Certified Residential Specialist designation ranking him in the Top 4% of all Realtors in the world in terms of Knowledge, Experience and Results. As a volunteer of the Monterey County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, Carmel High School Boys Tennis Team Assistant Coach and Carmel Valley Boy Scout Troop 127 Organization Representative Ric's motto is service to others with Truth, Honor and Integrity. A graduate of California State University at Sacramento with a concentration in Journalism and Communications Studies Ric has over 47 years of management and sales experience. Hobbies include golf, tennis, coin collecting and health/fitness.

Ric has successfully represented 100's of buyers and sellers and frequently counsels other Realtors in marketing and sales.
