Everything Home and More

I grew up working and learning in a family construction business.  Over the years my interests took me to Real Estate Sales and eventually building homes (1982)  Drawn to Interior Design I took work as a Set Designer in Los Angeles CA (1993) curiosity took me toward product development (2003) developing my patented drapery system. 
And then, a line of specialty winter wear (2006) and NOW! My dream has come together, I have settled in a place I love, then, joining Coldwell Banker Realty in 2018.

As a Sellers representative I offer consultations in preparing your home for market, home repair consultations, staging strategies, market analysis, home warranty programs and a solid commitment to the fiduciary requirements of a Realtor that get you through the complicated process of selling your home.

As a Buyers representative I offer that same fiduciary commitment as sellers receive; home repair consultations, home warranty program, market analysis, and design consultation after you move in!

Always focused on what's new and changing in the housing and mortgage markets, whether buying or selling I will apply this knowledge to the strategy we lay out for your home.   

I am your advocate!  All negotiations have decisions and challenges and can take time,  I study and practice strategic negotiation principles.  When it comes to your property, I will always focus on ways to achieve a successful result.
