Nina Yamaguchi is the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Northern California’s Cupertino De Anza office. As Managing Broker, she oversees sales activity and general operations of the office. This office is affiliated with more than 85 sales professionals.

Professional Achievements

Among Nina's impressive list of office accolades are opening Cornish & Carey's San Jose Main office in 1986, a company acquired by Coldwell Banker Northern California in 1997. She also managed a large Saratoga office for a competitor in the early 1990's. Nina has been the Managing Broker for the Cupertino De Anza office since 1993. A Bay Area real estate veteran, she began her real estate career in 1975.

Professional Affiliations

She is past President of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and is a Director for the California Association of Realtors. Nina has been actively involved in organized real estate for many years, and founded and chairs both the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors' Scholarship Program and the Coldwell Banker Path to Excellence Scholarship Program.

Education
Nina earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics and her master's in Germanic literature and linguistics, both from the University of Michigan.

Personal Background

Nina has been a Los Gatos resident since 1977 and has two grown sons. She and her fiance, Dale Stansbury, enjoy golf, skiing, travel and fine dining.
