And that's where Anne Treacy Johnson shines. Anne has enjoyed a successful 30+ year career in major corporate event planning, retail brand marketing, and real estate marketing.


Most recently, Anne served as Regional Vice President of Marketing for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, overseeing all marketing operations in Northern California, Utah and Colorado for the nation's number one real estate company. A Midwestern native, Anne grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Marquette University. She received her Bachelor of Science at the highly regarded university and kicked off a lifelong career and a true passion for marketing and event planning.

A Career in Marketing

Anne began her career in the marketing department of Miller Brewing Company, planning special events for the company.One of her biggest successes was overseeing a blockbuster, mega-event in Texas that included a $13 million TV campaign and the famed rock group The Who, and raised $1 million for Special Olympics. During her 18-year career with Miller, Anne was given increasing responsibility for field marketing and events in Wisconsin, Southern California and eventually Northern California, where she also worked in marketing for Coca Cola. The Bay Area is also where she met her husband, and now real estate partner, Clark Johnson, one of the Bay Area's top Realtors. Anne joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1999 as director of marketing. Over the next 13 years she was given increasing management responsibility and a growing team of marketing specialists. She and her team were responsible for everything from creating stunning listing presentations for agents to overseeing newspaper and Internet ads to developing successful online marketing partnerships and strategies. She also got to know and develop friendships with some of the top agents in the business, a network that benefits her clients today. But through it all, Anne never lost the love of creating exciting, memorable events – the kind that have people buzzing and get the results that most real estate agents can only dream of. Her strategy is to make your home the "star of the show," leveraging her 30 years of experience by creating the detailed marketing, staging and event planning components that will make your "star" shine above all others.
