DJ Pecho

DJ Pecho is a Bay Area real estate professional proudly born and raised in Walnut Creek. A graduate of Northgate High School, she went on to attend Arizona State University, where she studied Communication with a minor in Dance.

Inspired to pursue real estate by her sister, Stephanie Talyat of the Kehrig Team, DJ brings a client focused, relationship driven approach to the industry. As a current NBA dancer and Dance Instructor, she has developed a strong foundation in discipline, communication, and performing under pressure, skills she carries into every transaction.

DJ is committed to providing a seamless and personalized experience, ensuring her clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. Outside of real estate, she enjoys dancing, attending Bay Area sporting events, reading, going to concerts, and spending time with family.

DJ’s goal is simple: to build lasting relationships while helping her clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease.
