Spencer Howard grew up in Carlsbad, Ca with two entrepreneurial parents, so customer service skills are in his DNA. His love for real estate came from watching his mother buy and sell investment properties along side her multiple business ventures.

At the age of 16 Spencer was already excelling in sales in the water damage restoration industry, receiving accolades from clients and business associates for his sales and communication skills.

Spencer has a natural propensity for customer service and intuitively knows how to meet his clients needs even if they haven’t eloquently described to him what those needs are.
