Traci Bass is a 38 year Real Estate veteran, in North San Diego County, who has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in all types of Real Estate properties, Residential, Income Properties, Lots and Land, in all price ranges. Ryan Bass joined Traci's team 7 years ago and has been very successful in selling Coastal properties along with North County inland properties.

Traci is a Previews Property Specialist who has achieved the highest level of success as International President Elite, President Circle, and International Diamond Society, along with the designation of Number 1 in total Sales volume, Top listings and Top Sales awards for North County.

Traci received her brokers license in 1992 and completed many sales and training courses such as; Integrity Selling, The Art of Selling, Negotiating for a Win, Win, Marketing Technology for Real Estate, Power Pricing, Positioning and Presentations, Fair Housing and DRE Consumer Services, just to name a few. In 2023 Traci completed 45 hours of continuing education courses for her Brokers license.

Traci and Ryan are very involved in her community and the Real Estate community. They are members of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and San Diego Association of Realtors. They are also is a member of the Tom Ferry and Brian Buffini training and referral network. They are also involved in community charities.
