Having lived in San Diego County for over a few decades, Wendy has in depth knowledge of the real estate market here.  Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, she started out her real estate career selling timeshare/fractional ownerships on the Cape while attending college.  As well as taking her first real estate course at the tender age of 18.  Her father has been a builder & real estate broker her whole life, so you could say real estate is in her blood!  After relocating to the west coast to attend college, Wendy received her bachelor’s in psychology from the prestigious University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University.  Just after college, Wendy took time off from business to start a family, and then became a licensed realtor in the state of California in 2008.  From coast to coast, coastal real estate has been her specialty! 

For the past 15 years, Wendy has made her passion in helping people the centerfold of her business.  Wendy takes the time to listen and learn what her client’s needs, wants and desires are.  She understands now, more than ever, people are craving human interaction & personal touch.  Along with being very personable,  Wendy has a strong business sense and her clients recognize and appreciate her strong work ethic, integrity and impeccable attention to detail! She studies the market consistently to remain current on all things real estate to best serve her client’s needs,  and uses an innovative marketing plan that maximizes the online presence of any home she may be selling for you.  Having sold over 60 million dollars in real estate, Wendy has also been able to fine tune her negotiation skills through a proven track record of working hard on the behalf of her buyers and sellers.

Wendy currently volunteers and serves on the Homeowners Association (HOA) board (as president) in the community in which she lives.  This is a position she has held for the past 5 years.  This position has deepened her knowledge in all aspects of running an HOA with property management should any of her clients buy or sell into a community that has an HOA.  Along with this work related volunteer commitment, Wendy’s other philanthropic endeavors have included Feeding San Diego, Teen Volunteers In Action, PTA, Music Booster’s President, Solana Beach Soccer Club Sponsorship Coordinator, Solana Beach Parks & Recreation Commissioner.  

When not helping her clients buy and sell real estate, Wendy enjoys long walks on the coast with her dog, stand up paddle boarding, hiking and skiing and helping her young adult children navigate their college experiences!
