Welcome to Space 198 at The Sands RV & Golf Resort. This 1986 Nomad park model sits on a deluxe corner site with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and approximately 753 sq ft of living space. It's located next to the lake and across from a fenced dog park, with lake views from both patios and mountain views from the yard. Offered turnkey furnished. Outside, the covered upper patio has room for dining and lounge seating, and stone steps lead down to an uncovered paver patio facing the lake. Mature trees, palms, flowering bougainvillea, and landscape lighting surround the yard, and a garden path winds to a quiet sitting area enclosed by tall hedges. Inside, the open floor plan and windows throughout bring in lots of natural light. The updated kitchen has white cabinets, a gas range, a dishwasher, and a built-in microwave, and opens to the dining room with windows on three sides. The living room runs about 24 feet long and has a newer ductless mini-split and a slider to the patio. The bedroom has its own patio slider, a ceiling fan, and built-in shelving, and the bathroom is updated. A front entry deck, covered carport, and two sheds, one with a washer and dryer, add storage. Enjoy a 9-hole golf course, driving range, heated pool and spas, pickleball, bocce, a fitness room, and a busy social calendar with yoga, bingo, happy hours, food trucks, and seasonal events.
