As a former educator, I'm adept at guiding buyers through the process of qualifying for a loan, negotiating creative financing with a lender, finding appropriate listings, and making an offer that the seller can't refuse.

I can assist in finding a lender that meets your personal needs, from high fico scores to creative financing. Consulting a lender is a must in todays market. Knowing your options to obtaining a prequalification letter puts you in a powerful negociating position in the sellers eyes.
We will discuss what you're looking for in a home and a neighborhood in order to help learn more about you and your lifestyle. We won't waste time looking at homes that are too big, too small, too expensive, or too far from work.
I write concise contracts and have powerful negociating skills which assist in a winning offer. Management of the inspection process through escrow. I will explain pest reports and contractor issues and keep you posted on all developments throughout.


An initial consultation in which you and I will discuss your expectations and develop a plan to maximize your gains.
Advertising. I will take care of For Sale signs, advertised in the MLS, and on the Internet. I'll advertise Open Houses in local newspapers and prepare a property flyers/postcards to distribute. I will give you a weekly progress report.

Setup and supervision of inspections and repairs. Once we have an offer, I keep you up to date during the escrow period.

You can rest assured that you'll get the best possible deal when I am negotiating on your behalf.
Once you've accepted an offer, pertinent disclosures are signed and timelines are adhered to. Final instructions will be given to the escrow company and all final documents will be reviewed.
