About Me

Growing up in Southern California really taught me to appreciate the higher quality of life we enjoy here in the Greater Sacramento Area. I have been a resident of Laguna Creek for more than a decade now. I cannot think of a better place to raise a family in this area, there are a wide variety of career possibilities. The educational opportunities in the Elk Grove Unified School District are excellent for raising children. Here, we can bond with a wonderfully diverse community. We have a safe and seismically stable location. We experience all four seasons and are surrounded by awe-inspiring nature and the wildlife that live around our lakes, creeks and wetlands.

I am well-connected to our community in a number of ways. I am married to Luis Patiño Jr. who is a Legislative and Communications Strategist for one of the largest departments in the State of California. We are blessed with two teen aged sons, Luis III and Christopher who are honors students and athletes. As Boosters for their ports teams (wrestling, football and track) and their other extracurricular activities (leadership and band) we stay active within a very large network of parents and families who live in Elk Grove and the Greater Sacramento region. Our visits and constant communication with our extended family in the Central Valley, the Silicon Valley, the Bay Area, Southern California and even Arizona, also helps us stay in the know about housing trends and developments in the region.

I am a proud member of the California Association of REALTORS®. This is my second successful career. Previously, I worked as a Business Consultant for one of the country’s largest Blue Chip Corporations where my responsibilities included training others to excel in customer service, marketing and personnel development.

I decided to become a REALTOR® because I believe that one of the most rewarding experiences is making a difference in the day to day lives of my clients. The bottom line to real estate is that the clients must be happy after selling their home or when living in their new home. I know and appreciate that every transaction is just as different as the person or family who makes it. The end result must be the same- a happy buyer or a happy seller.
