Teresa is a second generation native raised in San Francisco, Teresa was accepted to the University of Davis, Davis California and graduated in 2001 with a B.A. in Psychology while doing her understudy in Real Estate Law. Teresa loved the Elk Grove area and relocated her family when she purchased a home there where she raised her family for over 15 years. Teresa currently resides in Elk Grove and is knowledgeable about the greater Sacramento region and Bay Area. Teresa joined Coldwell Banker in 2011 as a full time realtor and was previously with Lyon Real Estate and in her second year with Lyon made Masters club with the Sacramento Area Realtors. In 2014 Teresa ranked in the TOP 1% among NRT (Coldwell Banker’s parent company) agents worldwide (over 45,000 agents) and received the “International President’s Elite” award yearly – an esteemed designation earned by only an elite few Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. In 2020, 2021 & 2022 Teresa received the honorary Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle award which recognizes Teresa’s exemplary market knowledge, community presence and dedication to her clients and the real estate industry for over 12 years.
