I enjoy real estate because it gives me a feeling of accomplishment in helping others. I like to take a home and see how I can make it more marketable by staging and bringing attention to the positve characteristics of the home. I love to help my clients reach their goals. Whether it is finding the perfect family home or getting the highest price for a home they are selling. I feel it is important for me to be available after the sale as well. I can provide my past clients with information they may need for refinancing, contractor information, tax re-assesment assistance or advice on home improvements. I have experience in dealing with all types of residential real estate transactions. I have been involved in multiple short sales, REO sales, equity sales and rentals.

Personal Background

I have a Bachelor's degree from Rochester institute of Technology. I have been a residential real estate agent here in California since 2005. I have lived in six different states prior to coming to California in 2000. I feel of all the places I've lived this is the best! I am originially from upstate New York where I first worked as a financial analyst. I intially began my real estate career in New York many years ago because I enjoyed helping people.

Communities I Serve

I have experience many areas of San Diego County. The communities I do the most business in are Carlsbad, Encinitas, and San Marcos. Community Involvement

My youngest son is now attending La Costa Canyon High School. I am a strong supporter of the LCC Maverick Brigaid. I enjoy sharing in his high school experience by being a band booster mom as much as my schedule permits.
