Ashley Reichow

I came to real estate with years of experience centered around people, homes and service. Before becoming a real estate agent, I built a background in the service industry, worked as a private house manager, and served as a school coordinator and event planner. Each of those roles shaped the way I work today: highly organized, steady under pressure and deeply committed to the people counting on me.

I also understand the real estate process personally. I have purchased three homes and sold two, so I know how much goes into a move beyond the paperwork. There are emotions, timing issues, negotiations and big decisions that can feel overwhelming without the right support.

For my clients, I know how important it is to have someone who listens closely, communicates clearly and works hard to protect your best interests.

As a Marin resident and mom of two teenage boys, I love the life this area offers. The schools, sports, trails, open space and everyday beauty of living here are a huge part of why Marin feels so special to me. This community feels like home in every sense, and I love helping others understand what makes living here so unique.

My goal is simple: to help my clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout the process. I bring personal experience, strong communication and a real work ethic to every client relationship, and I will always put in the effort it takes to help make the experience feel thoughtful, smooth and successful.
