Third generation San Francisco-born, Erin Norton Farber was raised in Marin County, California. After graduating from Drake High School (now Archie Williams) she received a BA in Theater Arts from San Francisco State University. She attended graduate school at Dominican University earning her California Multiple Subject teaching credential with an emphasis in Cross-Cultural Language Acquisition Development. Through the University of San Diego, Erin attained a Dyslexia Specialist Certification. Before joining Coldwell Banker, Erin taught in the Novato Unified School District and created a highly successful 16-year private tutoring practice, specializing in Dyslexia remediation.

Being a 50-year Marin County resident means Erin knows the area well. Throughout these years she has formed life-long meaningful kinships with great people. She is well-known and respected throughout the community and enjoys supporting local businesses, youth, and charities. Because Erin was in education, she has extensive experience within the county's various school districts and maintains many personal connections which is an asset for young families looking for a home.

Erin's primary objective in being a real estate sales associate is to conduct business with the highest level of integrity. As with teaching, in her real estate practice Erin continues to uphold a fiduciary duty to her clients, putting their goals, dreams, and needs above all else. She has a reputation for conducting business with honesty, professionalism, and courtesy. Erin works diligently with determination to get the job done at the highest level.

She is adeptly creative and thinks outside the box. As a visionary Erin can reimagine a property's potential while emphasizing its best assets and communicates those ideas clearly to her clients.

Erin resides in Novato with her husband Todd and two teens, Ryan Sam. She enjoys interior decorating, hiking, traveling, reading, and having a good laugh with her loved ones. But most of all, Erin and family love hanging out with her parents, who still reside in Erin's childhood home in San Anselmo.
