Since starting my real estate career in 2014, I have consistently ranked in the top 5-10% of agents in Marin County. I follow the market daily to keep up on trends and property values. I network with other top agents to learn about off-market property opportunities for my buyers. My previous professional career included 20+ years in banking, marketing and project management. These skills have helped me become a top-notch negotiator and allowed me to prevail for my clients in both purchases and sales. My mantra is to listen more and talk less. I don’t have assistants so when you call you will get me on the phone. I personally oversee all the details of a purchase or a sale. I prefer to be very hands-on and I walk my clients through all the aspects of a real estate transaction in order to set realistic expectations. For me the most important values throughout a sale or purchase are transparency, honesty, and integrity. I live my life by these principles and they have served me well.

I am highly skilled at preparing homes for sale. This talent often results in my sellers receiving a premium price for their home. I have a team of painters, handymen, landscapers, estate sale consignors, etc. that are on-call. We work together closely to ensure a property looks its best before going on the market.

I am a Bay Area native having grown up in Orinda, graduated from UC Berkeley, and lived in San Francisco for 18 years. My commitment to service allows me to know and understand the communities where my clients live and where I work. I have served in leadership positions or volunteered at the Marin Art and Garden Center, the San Francisco Opera Guild, Marin Chapter of the National Charity League, Ross Valley Women’s League, the Lark Theatre, and St. Johns Church in Ross.

My husband Claude and I have lived in Kentfield for 23 years, where we raised and educated our twin daughters. We take pride in being active members of the Marin community.
