Katherine Fong

Katherine has an impressive spectrum of valuable skills. She has the intuition to visualize the possibilities of properties to find the exact fit for her clients. She has strong project management skills particularly in property renovation and construction, and she is adept at buying, renovating and re-selling properties.

From identifying a diamond in the rough and, conversely, properties that pose a challenge to meeting the buyer's needs, Katherine is dedicated to working within a designated budget to produce the desired results. She has a keen talent for interpreting the likes and needs of her clients in order to pair them with the homes of their dreams.

Her strong organizational skills, her ability to negotiate, her clarity when faced with
challenges and her fun and energetic demeanor allow her to work within a variety of
situations.

For leisure, Katherine enjoys hiking and traveling with her family. She is also affiliated with Timothy Murphy Boys School, a special needs school of St. Vincent's residents and day students.
