Matt Reagan

Matt Reagan has been a real estate agent in the Bay Area since 2013, when he worked with residential investors in Berkeley and Oakland. He joined Coldwell Banker in early 2024 to move his client base closer to home. With nearly $100,000,000 in sales transactions on his resume, Matt has encountered all number of complications and surprises throughout the sales process. He prioritizes communication and collaboration, and always finds creative solutions for his clients.

Matt brings a unique perspective to every client transaction - Prior to real estate sales, Matt worked in lending and relationship banking for over 10 years.

In 2022 Matt moved his family back to Marin, where he and his wife grew up. He has three children and devotes what time he can to volunteer with school and sports. He enjoys the outdoors, backpacking, and mountain biking, and he is an avid swimmer.
