Melann grew up in Marin. She has been in real estate sales since 1976 and obtained her Broker’s license in 1984. She also has a GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation. 

Melann started her career in a smaller office in Kentfield, and was a selling office manager from 1982 to 1986. Wanting the benefit of a long standing, well established company that offers national and international marketing, plus a strong internet presence, she moved to Coldwell Banker in 2007.

Melann is a seasoned real estate professional with over 48 years of experience. A
Marin native, she started her career in 1976, earned her Broker’s license in 1984,
and holds a GRI designation. After managing a Kentfield Real Estate office from
1982 to 1986, she joined Coldwell Banker in 2007 for its strong national and
international marketing reach. Melann combines local expertise with global
resources to serve her clients effectively.
