Sara Lardner

A San Francisco native and 20-year Marin County resident, Sara brings local expertise and an extensive network of Bay Area connections to her real estate practice.

With an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from London Business School, Sara had a successful international career in the energy industry, primarily working to secure financing for large power producers in the United Kingdom. As a project developer, Sara gained hands-on experience in every facet of the business — from permitting and environmental challenges to engineering, financing, and complex negotiations.

Before launching her real estate career, Sara spent three years working with Amy Hunt Staging and Design, where she gained invaluable insight into how thoughtful preparation and presentation can elevate a home’s market appeal. This foundation continues to shape her strategic, detail-oriented approach to preparing homes for sale.

In 2017, Sara transitioned to real estate and joined Coldwell Banker. Her strong work- ethic, professionalism and natural interpersonal skills enable her to guide clients smoothly through even the most challenging real estate transactions. With her first-hand knowledge of Marin County schools and neighborhoods, Sara provides a comprehensive and unparalleled service to her clients.

Sara’s accolades at Coldwell Banker include being named Rookie of the Year in 2017 and earning membership into the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society and Diamond Society. Sara and her husband have raised four children in Marin and have been actively involved in the community and local schools, including Wade Thomas, St. Anselm School, and Branson.
