With more than 20 years experience, Sue Pence is an award-winning realtor with Coldwell Banker
Realty in Marin County, CA. She has called Marin home for over 55 years and is current
with real estate trends, properties, weather and the exemplary schools. Sue has had homes featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, the New York Times, as well as the local publication, Marin magazine. She has appeared on the national TV show, “House Hunters” and has had feature articles written about her and her clients in Marin magazine. She has the designation of a Coldwell Banker Luxury market specialist and has been named to the International Sterling, President’s Elite and Diamond societies. She is also a member of Top Agent Network, Marin Realtors Association, California Realtors Association and the National Realtors Association.

Prior to a career in real estate, Sue was a teacher for 23 years where she learned the art of listening, compassion and the necessity to be sensitive to her clients’ needs. Her clients say she is one of the most trusted and admired agents in the business.

Family life is extremely important to Sue and she makes sure to spend as much time as possible with her husband, Steve, their three children and spouses and her precious grandson. Whether relaxing at home or hiking the hills of Marin or around the World, she is truly grateful for the support she receives from from family and friends.

I was a teacher for 23 years and hold a BA from California Polytechnic and a Masters in Education.
