• A strong record of strategic planning, continuous quality improvement and enhancement, participative management, and information systems development.
• Financial management experience in capital/expense budgeting, forecasting, business development, cost justification, inventory control, and revenue enhancement.

Personal Background

Born in Stockton, California, David has been a coastal resident for about 30 years. David has been an Oyster Biologist, Parks Naturalist, International Manager in the Music Industry. David brings an incredibly varied background of talent to the table, enhancing his ability to successfully work for a variety of clients.
David currently lives in Montara with his wife and partner, Diana Plank.
