Victor has been a Real Estate professional for over 27 years and is a life-long resident of the San Francisco Peninsula. He embarked on his real estate career at the young age of 19, earning the "Top Rookie" designation in his first year of real estate as well as the respect of his colleagues. Since then, Victor has continued to earn top-honors and awards. He has received the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award, placing him at the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Victor also earned his place in the top 200 agents for Coldwell Banker in Northern California.

Victor's professional experience with residential real estate was expanded upon by obtaining a CCIM designation. This is a designation for experts in commercial real estate, which has been bestowed upon only 6,000 professionals worldwide. With this knowledge and expertise, he is not only able to assist clients with their residential purchases, but also with their needs in purchasing and managing investment properties.

In addition, Victor’s expertise extends to the buying and selling of agricultural land. Throughout his career he has represented many large acreage transfers on the Peninsula and Coast. Victor’s knowledge of San Mateo County land regulations and restrictions facilitates his ability to assess, evaluate, and market these unique properties.

Personal Background:

Victor and his family have been residents of Burlingame for over 27 years. He is married to his lovely wife, Marina, and together have raised two children. Victor supports his local community through a number of charity events and holds positions on several foundation boards. Victor and his family also enjoy horseback riding and the western lifestyle. Their extended family includes seven horses, several bovine, and numerous other livestock. When not on the ranch or in the office, you will find Victor on the golf course.
