As of January 1, 2018, I have upgraded my business model, and have joined the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury office in Huntington Beach. I am now even more capable and dedicated to helping you in all of your real estate needs. Previously, I had been an award winning estates agent with Berkshire Hathaway California Properties (Formerly Prudential California Realty) in March of 2003 though 2017. I have been an annual award winning Orange County Coastal Real Estate Specialist as well as achieving numerous successes throughout all of Orange County. In 2007,2008, and 2009, with the market dramatically changing, my successful closings resulting in my being in the Top 3% of homes sales for all Prudential Agents Nationwide. Prior to 2007, I was an integral part of a team the was within the Top 1% of sales for Prudential nationwide. In 2009 I became a sales manager in Orange County utilizing my sales skills to re-motivate excising agents as we returned a struggling branch to profitability. I returned to the Newport Beach and Irvine Branches in 2013 after a successful run in management, and continued my previous successes of being a top producer and award winning agent in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.

For the past 13 years, I have been a Certified Destination and Relocation Specialist, Mentor /Training newly licensed agents and a proud associate of the BHHSCP e-Realty and E-Team online programs.
