After attending Augustana College and an international expedition with Harvard University, Susan McWilliams began her professional career working in both direct and matrix environments. With over 17 years of experience as a sales executive for a Fortune 500 company, she has developed her skills in sales leadership, marketing, brand management and business development, while building strong relationships across internal and external sectors. Her experience brings a customer-centric approach, sharp attention to detail, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Susan strives to exceed expectations and to reduce the stress and anxiety that are associated with the home selling or buying process.

We started our family in Huntington Beach and have five children (yes five!) who attend the local schools – award-winning Seacliff Elementary, Huntington Christian School and Huntington Beach High School.
