Greg Leonard is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Coachella Valley Sales Manager with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving buyers and sellers across the Greater Palm Springs area ... Indian Wells, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Palm Springs, and the surrounding desert communities.

Greg and his wife Kippi relocated to the Coachella Valley in 2019, and like so many who discover the desert, they never looked back. What began as a move became a genuine connection to the people, places, and communities that make the Valley distinctive.

Greg brings more than 30 years of sales and business leadership to his work, including 20 years leading a successful Toyota dealership in the Pacific Northwest. Today, that experience informs his approach to negotiation, representation, leadership, and the relationships he builds with clients and real estate professionals.

As a member and Elder of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe, Greg’s Native heritage is an important part of who he is and his understanding of community, place, and legacy.

Outside of real estate, Greg is an avid downhill skier, licensed pilot, golfer, hiker, cook, music lover, and adventure traveler. Together, Greg and Kippi enjoy exploring the world while continually returning home with an even deeper appreciation for the place they have chosen to call home.
