Andrew Petrossian

Andrew Petrossian has been immersed in real estate from a young age, growing up in the industry alongside his mother, longtime real estate professional Stacy Petrossian. Watching her dedication to clients and passion for the business inspired Andrew to pursue a career in real estate himself.

After graduating high school, Andrew obtained his real estate license in 2020 and joined Coldwell Banker Realty, partnering with his mother to help buyers and sellers navigate the Southern California real estate market. Since beginning his career, Andrew has remained committed to providing exceptional service while helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Andrew brings a fresh, modern perspective to the industry with a strong understanding of current market trends, technology, and social media marketing. As part of the next generation of real estate professionals, he combines innovative strategies with a client-first approach to deliver a seamless buying or selling experience.

For Andrew, real estate is about people, relationships, and truly listening to each client’s needs. Following the example set by his mother, he believes in putting people first. He understands that no two transactions are ever the same and takes pride in creating customized strategies to ensure every client receives the best possible experience.

Outside of real estate, Andrew enjoys staying active and playing sports, particularly basketball and soccer, and continues to compete in adult leagues. He is also an avid music lover who enjoys exploring many different genres.
