As you are aware, real estate agents are like Starbucks, you can find one on every corner.  Like most agents, I can find you the home that you like at a price that works within your budget.  Or, in the case that you are selling, maximize your homes exposure to a wide range of potential buyers.  What else do I bring to the transaction?  Well, let me tell you a little about me.

As a veteran, serving 4 years in the Air Force, I attained an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis utilizing the GI bill and while working full time earned an MBA with a emphasis in finance from Saint Louis University. Having had a successful career in manufacturing, which ended with dotcom bust and the off-shoring of our manufacturing base, I started a small business offering real estate services as well as homes and auto insurance and have never looked back.  With first hand knowledge of stagflation, 17% mortgage interest rates and the ups and downs of the real estate market, I bring a long game perspective to property ownership. 

Where you spend your time speaks volumes about a person.  Being actively involved with the Laguna Niguel Auxiliary Communication Services (HAMM RADIO), I was voted the 2025 volunteer on the year for my contribution to Police Services.

There are many things to consider when entering into a real estate transaction. Like any other financial decision, you need a long term plan for property ownership. Whether you are a buyer or seller, here are a few items to consider. Home insurance, property taxes now and their future impact, home improvements and adding square footage. Is this a forever home, a stepping stone to move up or an rental property.
